Dennis brings extensive business leadership expertise in New Product Development, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing and intellectual property development in; consumer products, medical, automotive, household products, aerospace, agricultural, electronics and telecommunications industries.
Starting his career over 25 years ago with General Motors, Dennis was promoted rapidly throughout GM Product Development & Manufacturing divisions and was a key member for the startup of the GM Saturn Automotive Corporation. Dennis also held new product development and manufacturing positions within the A.O. Smith Automotive Corporation, PepsiCo and the Clorox Company product divisions.
After many years of working in Fortune 500 businesses, Dennis yearned to journey into the entrepreneurial business industry due the extreme desire to get closer to serving the clients. Dennis became a Senior Partner at Rapid Prototyping Corporation, a new product development company and was key in growing this entity to very successful seven figure company within the first few years of operation.
Due to the ever changing U.S. manufacturing economy and demand for quick turn and cost effective product development industry needs, Dennis founded Parts on Demand. The Parts on Demand New Product Development team incorporates a unique strategy of delivering quick-turn design thru manufacturing services while utilizing DFM/design-for-manufacturability techniques throughout the product development and manufacturing cycle. This strategy helps clients yield a much tighter project turnaround time, lower costs, enhanced quality and efficiencies thus yielding higher margins for clients.
Dennis holds dual Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Production Operations Management from Ferris State University along with graduate studies in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
