MovNat Mexico and Brazil Workshops - SAMPLE ITINERARY
- Training starts day after 1st night stay of package
- Workshop kick-off with an initial 15 minute assessment to record and evaluate performance parameters in specific natural movement patterns
- A 10 minute follow up explanation and guidance through the individualised drills prescribed as a result of this assessment
- An information CD for you to keep with before and after footage of your movement patterns plus photos and information on the MovNat fundamentals
- 2 - 3 training sessions per day
- Daily stretching/flexibility session through natural movement
- 3 workshops covering natural movement, metabolism, breath and nutrition
- A final "send-off" course
- 1 massage
- 1 morning off
- A 15 minute reassessment at the end of the course
