The quality management system enhances client satisfaction through the effective implementation of the system and includes processes for continual improvement of the system and assurance that all client requirements are met.
Our quality program is in compliance to the ISO Quality Management Systems and associated requirements, provides comprehensive evidence to all clients, suppliers and employees of what specific controls are implemented to ensure our product and service is of the highest quality possible.
This program governs the creation of quality related documents and is revised, as necessary, to reflect the status and evolution of the quality system. Quality Documents are issued on a controlled copy basis to all internal functions affected by the quality system and on an uncontrolled copy basis to clients and suppliers. The Quality Documents may be issued to clients on an uncontrolled copy basis upon the CEO approval and the client request.
